Mimosa Park is a touristic development of 102 apartments set on 14,263 m2 of land. The resort will be the first development of its size and type in the area offering a pedestrianised environment with penthouses, duplexes with large roof terraces, open plan apartments with large balconies and underground parking, 3 external swimming pools, spa with indoor swimming pool and an integrated restaurant. The development provides potential for 5* condo hotel.

Mimosa Park is located on the edge of the Boka Bay, just above the 24 ha Portonovi luxury 5* resort and marina, which houses Europe’s first One&Only Resort, one of the largest hotel and leisure developments on the Adriatic coast.

Tivat airport, and Dubrovnik airport in Croatia, are 45 minutes drive from Mimosa Park.

Mimosa Park’s position on the side of a hill at the entrance of the Boka Bay provides a breathtaking view from each unit of the resort.

It is expected that Mimosa Park will be able to command a premium over other developments in the area and still be at a substantial discount to Portonovi, while providing similar quality of finish.

Mimosa Park is owned by British developers. It benefits from full planning and designs (KO Đenovići, UP Amathist). It is expected that construction could commence within 4 months of purchase (potentially Q4 2019).

The project can be partly or fully converted to hotel and leisure development which should meet the requirements for the Citizen by Investment Program.
