James Budgett
Founder
James has over 30 years experience in business at a hands on practical level and, mainly, at Board level both in the UK and internationally. This has included businesses in retail, development, commercialisation of new technology into the automotive industry, development of sales force back office software for the airline industry, property development and diversified farming, including developing a sports club (polo) in the UK.
His roles have included creating new businesses, raising finance, international business strategy and development, international sales and marketing, development and management of a manufacturing facility in the UK, business consultancy and sale of businesses.
The various companies have operated in UK, USA, Middle East, Europe and Australia. He also set up and led a charity transporting food in Southern Sudan during the famine in the 1980s.
James is a founder and investor in 3 companies in Montenegro. A management company and 2 SPVs for development projects with a total of 32,000 sq mtrs of land. Both sites have full planning and one is presently applying for build permits for a boutique hotel and exclusive villas. He has been responsible for winning 2 Government tenders – purchase of land and development of a golf strategy for Montenegro.
Srđan Boričić

Srdjan has 20 years of extensive business experience in various sectors including capital markets, FMCG sector, real estate development and energy.
His roles have included creating new businesses, raising finance, regional business strategy and development, international sales and marketing, development and management of a manufacturing facility in the SEE region. In addition to that he actively participated in creation of several intergovernmental and regional development institutions. After completion of full time MBA program he served in several key management positions with particular focus on regional business development.
His latest focus is renewable energy generation and hotel and leisure real estate development.
